I'm planning on travelling to the U.S. for a couple of months and I 'd like to know how much woul I have to pay for a used car with insurance to travel all around. They I'd try to sell it back. I live in PA, and I am almost 18 and would only use my parents car occasionally. I read something that if they consent to me using there car, we wouldn't have to pay extra. Also, as soon as I pass my exam, does the DMV automatically report that I am licensed to my parent's insurance agency, or can I just have my license without insurance? Thanks!

I take care of my 50 year old mother, who is on COBRA, which went up to 700.00 monthly. We cannot afford this, but she needs medical insurance due to her pace maker. We've tried medi-cal, SSI, ect. Her ex-husband will not help her. He actually left her because she is sick, with the woman he was cheating on her with. Then he married her a year later. I am out of options and she needs help. Someone, anyone, everyone....please help. If she doesn't get medical care for her conditions and medicines for her heart, she eventually will die.
